Advance Radon Services did a great job installing our radon system. Ralph and Vinny were on time, professional, and friendly. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Ralph explained everything clearly and was respectful of our home, wearing protective shoe coverings throughout. Pricing was honest and straightforward, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Starting with their user-friendly website and their prompt responses to inquiries, we were in touch with Melissa quickly and received answers to all of our (many) questions! She was very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and did not try to upsell us. She got us on the schedule promptly, and Ralph was extremely punctual the day of. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained what he would be doing. He got the job done quickly and efficiently despite the cold, icy weather. Advanced Radon Services is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. They came out immediately when I had a problem with my radon fan. They replaced the fan free of charge. Ralph, the owner, is such a nice, professional, and knowledgeable contractor, and his wife Melissa was incredibly accommodating on the phone with me. They both care very deeply for their customers. I can't thank them both enough, and I highly recommend Advanced Radon Services to everyone. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Excellent service on my radon installation. Ralph and Vinny were very professional, courteous and expert technicians. They were punctual and completed the job on a timely basis. I highly recommend Advanced Radon Services. When I needed followup for electrical inspections Ralph went out of his way to meet me to quickly get the job done. The overall installation of my new radon mitigation project was excellent. This should be a FIVE STAR rating. A four star rating was not my original intention.
