I cannot recommend Jim enough to work with if you need a radon mitigation system installed in your home. My wife and I when buying our first house found during the inspection that our radon levels were over 10, the equivalent to smoking a full pack a day. At the recommendation of our realtor we called Jim and he was quick to respond and give us his quote (which was the best by far) and set up a time for us after we took possession of the house. He did his work swiftly and efficiently in under 2 hours on a Friday morning and upon testing saw that our levels have dropped to an average of 2.7. I contacted Jim with Advanced Radon Services and he was quick to get back to me and get a quote. I just sold my rehab house and a radon test came back as too high. I was quickly worked into his schedule and he arrived on tome as promised. The work was done professionally and looks great. I will be using Jim again.

I noticed my radon unit wasn’t working so I reached out and got a quick reply with some instructions to troubleshoot the issue. When that didn’t solve the issues, he said I’ll be out in the area tomorrow and come by to check into it. He came the next morning and fixed the unit. Super service and great communication! Jim did great work. He was prompt to come have a look at my house and then just as fast to get me scheduled and the work done. I also loved that I could just text him! I got quotes from other services in town and he did more work for a better price than any of the others I had come out.

I had an exceptional experience with Jim and he deserves all the praise I am about to give him. I was referred to him through my realtor, as my radon test came back a little too high for the comfort of the potential buyer. At that time, I had already spoken to another radon mitigation specialist and he was kind and informative, but didn’t guarantee that his mitigation would get the radon level to 3 or below (which was required). If it came back above that requested level, he would charge me more for additional mitigation. Jim said that his price was a flat fee for mitigating my property AND he guaranteed to get the appropriate levels, even if he had to do it again, at no additional cost.
