We have been a member of the Advance Septic System Family since 2013 or 14. I remember when we first got our system the owner of the company explained in detail the operation of the system. Including the maintenance agreement and follow up visit. In short Great Customer Service. To this day the company stands behind their policy.,Whenever you have a question they explain in detail what the solution is and why. Also their response time is exceptional they are out the same day or next. Majority of the time it’s the same day. I would recommend this company 100%.
