Absolutely amazing service! The technician ( Dan Shop ) that evacuated my tank even came back with his own personal vehicle to deliver me a new lid for my septic tank !! They go above and beyond!

Seriously, THE best customer service ever! Destiny was amazing to talk to on the phone describing my issue. The worry, the panic, the cost, the anxiety, was all put to rest with her gentle guidance and reassurance! Scheduled a pump out and they were even able to obtain records from the county since I wasn't too sure where the septic was located. Scheduling was just a couple days wait, but it was fine! Fast forward to pump out day and James took his time answering all of my questions and was super knowledgeable. Another WIN as far as easing those anxious questions and uncertainties. Highly recommend and you certainly have a customer for life! I'm keeping them!
