I was told by a couple other septic companies that my pump needed to be replaced. Mark and Ben came out to my home in Carlisle to take a look, and it turned out that the floats in the pump tank were just haphazardly placed. They were very knowledgeable and showed great care to make sure everything was in the right place. Their pricing model is simple and very reasonable compared to others’. They taught me a lot while they were here and were a great couple of gents. I’ll definitely be using them in the future. Thanks guys.

I got a septic system quote after buying a new house, but a co-worker told me to call his lifelong friends at Advanced Septic, telling me that they are extremely honest and technically sound. Mr. Richard and his son came out and walked me through every step of what they were doing as they cleaned out the tanks, checked the pump, and fixed the overflow alarm. They also took time to train my wife and me on septic tank maintenance. They then handed me a bill that was $4700.00 lower than their competitor's estimate. What an amazing company! I am now a customer for life.

We had fantastic service from Advanced Septic Services! Our septic had been acting up. I called and they were able to get to us the very next day. The price for cleaning our 2 tanks was more than fair! We also discovered that our pump needed to be replaced. They had a pump installed for us that same day! This is a family owned business, run by wonderful people who bend over backwards to make sure that your septic needs are met and their prices are fair and affordable. I highly recommend their services!
