I was impressed. They came within the time they said they would. He properly inspected and diagnosed the problem (Flood in the Basement). And a second plumber came to assist him. They worked together and tackled the problem efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. And then, I received a call from the office letting me know they completed the job. I called Advanced Sewer cleaning after receiving multiple quotes from other companies wanting to dig and replace the entire line. I was told to call Advanced Sewer and drain before I dig to get another opinion. I'm so glad I did! Shawn did an amazing job! He was able to locate the issue (clog and tree roots) rite away. He was able to clear the entire line and the water was following like new pipes. He literally saved Christmas 🎄!!

Had a great experience with Brandon who not only fixed the blockages, but fished out the remains of a broken snake that a previous operator (different company) had left IN THE DRAIN (see photo). Reasonably priced, prompt service, will call again if needed.
