Advanced Sprinklers

I strongly recommend avoiding Advanced Sprinklers. This company, run by David, caused significant and completely preventable damage to my irrigation system due to clear incompetence and negligence. They cut a 2-inch pipe in the lake and incorrectly glued it back together. Worse, before repairing it, they ran my pump without the lake filter or check valve in place—pulling debris straight into the pump and damaging it. Cutting the pipe wasn’t the issue; their careless decision to operate my pump without the proper components was. In good faith, I pointed out a pipe I believed was the HOA’s, but at no point did I authorize them to touch or operate my pump. One worker even told me, “Don’t worry, I put a shovel there in the lake after cutting the pipe,” which obviously did nothing to prevent

I was very disappointed having used advanced sprinklers over the years. I'd never had any issues up until now. What the service tech explained was going to take place and charged me for didn't happen and I did not discover until after he was gone. So unfortunately, I have to find a different company for next time.

Luis was great, he did the job fast, he explained everything and was willing to do follow-up if something happens. I will definitely use this company again.

I called for a sprinkler pump replacement/repair. Luis did an excellent job explaining the work that needed to be completed and was very thorough. I would highly recommend them for repairs.

Excellent service. They answers the phone! Super fast reply. I called them today and came in 35 minutes. Luis was very professional and adjusted all my sprinklers and cleaned them.
