I debated about posting this because I’m a local business owner and I know how critical are reviews in a small town I tried to get the issue resolved but I was pretty much told I was lying, I had some warranty work done on a freezer after a few months the compressor went out, I called to have them come look at the unit and was told that they never worked on the freezer, a gave them the model number and it matched the freezer on file but they told me that it was a single door freezer not a double door like the one that was in question and that they wouldn’t be able to honor the warranty work! Lesson learned never again! They also said that I was in the no work list because of someone else’s issue that had nothing to do with me! I posted pictures of the freezer model numbers

We ordered an inspection from another HVAC company, after a late report we were given a lot of misinformation. John came the very next day after speaking with our realtor and did the right thing. John gave us a thorough furnace inspection, a professional report, he did what he could with the AC given the weather, and he was VERY prompt and professional. He even noted the age of our furnace and stated it being under warranty. He has helped us with our buying process after another company tried to make a quick sale. Thank you, John, for taking care of us the FAIR AND HONEST way.

I do not recommend his company to anyone! My furnace stopped working in the middle of winter on a Wednesday. I called this company to come fix it. They said that they could come the next day (Thursday), and they showed up on time. Two guys were at my house for 6 hours. I have no idea what they were doing that whole time in my furnace room, but after all of that time they came in and said that I needed to call an electrician because no electricity was going to my furnace. I called an electrician and he came out the next day (Friday). He checked everything and told me that everything was working perfectly fine and there was power going to my furnace, so I had to pay a $125 service fee for nothing. We paid for the furnace and never got a receipt that they received payment nor a install date until I called 1 week later from when the money was taken out. Than was told I would have to wait 6 weeks. After a couple weeks I called to find out exact date since I had to be there all day for them to install. I was told that my furnace was in but the guy who schedule installs wasn't in and they didn't know when he would be. So I left a message and he never responded. This went on for about 5 or more calls. When I finally got a hold of him he told me that he would check to see if it was in and would call me back, after I was already told it was, than he never called me back. We had these guys come and inspect the central air unit of a house we were interested in buying. It was February. They checked the unit and said “cooling side is functioning as intended”. We bought the house. Come June and 95 degree temps, we turn on the AC. Nothing. Long story short, another Casper company came out and showed me that the unit does not function AT ALL and is actually an obsolete R22 unit. They showed me the scorched electronic parts. Had Advanced Thermal Solutions made any effort to actually look outside at the condenser, they would have been able to tell me that the central air was defective and I likely wouldn’t have bought the house.
