Tim was flexible with his schedule in meeting me to give a quote. I was mostly concerned about mildew and mold spores. They did a great job of ridding the storage area of visible growth and cleaned the AC handler and ducts as well. They don't use harsh chemicals so I don't feel like I was trading breathing one bad thing for another. The work was scheduled and completed quickly, I am very pleased.

We had AdvantaClean clean our duct work and initially thought they did a good job. The AC was serviced a couple months later and the technician told us we needed the duct work cleaned. There is dirt and dust coming out of the registers. We reached out to AdvantaClean multiple times to rehire them to do the work and have not received a response.

Tim and his team were a big help to us. He made himself available the next business day to review the property and offer a quote. He worked with us on the cost and remediation approach, and they were in and out in one day. His communication and response time was amazing. Tim really put my mind at ease and helped me navigate my anxiety since I have kids and pets to worry about. I’m very grateful for their services. I’d highly recommend and I’d use Advantaclean of coastal Carolina again.

Tim was very prompt in scheduling the work on short notice and making sure all neccessary material was sent to the job. Austin and crew were very thorough in cleaning the affected area and used all the proper engineering controls to make sure no cross contamination would occured. Tim and the crew at AdvantaClean were phenomenal. This is the second time we have needed their help with HVAC and duct cleaning for mold remediation in the last three years and both experiences were excellent. They were extremely thorough and ensured everything was clean, safe and working properly. We have done professional post-remediation mold testing after both jobs and they completely eradicated the issues. Also, I was worried that the cleaning process would dusty or smelly and it was neither. You would never know they had been here after a days work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
