We had our New Berlin bathroom remodeled by Advantage Design + Remodel in summer 2024 and the experience was wonderful. We had been putting the project off for years because it all felt very daunting. Advantage was the absolute right choice for us because they made everything easy and we really felt taken care of. The design phase was so helpful. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted, but Casey had so many great ideas and insights that we never would have thought of. The rendering software they use was so helpful for us to really be comfortable with our design decisions. We did get a little overzealous during the design phase and once all the bids came back from the sub-contractors, the budget had really exploded. Did my due diligence before hiring a company to remodel 2 bathrooms in our New Berlin condo. AD&R checked all the boxes. From the minute Greg came out to look at our project, we knew AD&R was exactly what we were looking for. They laid everything out for us and made the entire process seamless. The design process was stress free and we were never pressured to include anything that we did not want, or that was not a part of our budget. Advantage Remodel made the entire process easy and stress free. All team members I worked with were knowledgeable in their area of expertise, communicate all updates in a timely manner, and were respectful of my choices regarding the remodel. Additionally when work was done, my home was left clean or permission was asked to store a small amount of equipment. After the remodel was completed I was very satisfied with the work they did.
