I am beyond grateful and impressed with this company! I called them first thing this morning (on the coldest day of the year so far) and they were here within a few hours and the cost was very reasonable! They were very kind and genuinely concerned about our comfort! Will definitely have our business for all of our future needs!

My heater stopped working on Saturday evening. Called the 800 number and left a message. Very quick call back from Chris to schedule the fix on Sunday. Had to pay emergency fee which was well worth it as my house was down to 54 degrees by Sunday :-) Thanks for fixing my 23-year-old heater that hasn't had maintenance. Any customer reading this, you should schedule maintenance and if you have an old heater (15 years or more) you might want to look at replacing it. This is what I am going to do - schedule maintenance and replace this old piece of junk :-)

My experience with Advantage heating and cooling was well worth the wait. They were very professional and affordable. My furnace was red tagged and turned off by another over priced heating and cooling company because it was 53 years old and ran its course. I was without a furnace for the entire winter. I just want to thank Chris Jones for the work he done and walking me through my new furnace and what to do. I will stay in contact to do more work. I posted pics of my old furnace and the new furnace that was installed today.
