Advantage Home Inspection

Our inspector was Daniel and he did an extremely thorough job finding any flaws with the house we were purchasing. Not only that, we were first time homebuyers and he carefully walked us through and clearly explained each flaw and what potential problems could arise from it. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience with Advantage Inspection. We had a tight timeline on completing a well and septic inspection along with water testing, and Dave Park was able to get those completed within two days of contacting him, which was much appreciated! I was happy with the reports and they only took a couple of days to receive. Advantage also provided us with a complimentary HomeBinder subscription to document home service, repairs, and assist with utility setup which has been great. I’d definitely recommend.

Highly recommend these guys for a home inspection! Dave and his trainees were extraordinarily thorough. Our inspection report was 75 pages with photos of every single item he flagged. They were friendly and professional, set very clear expectations about how things would happen and when we should ask questions, and then took the time to answer each question we had fully. We were treated and spoken to respectfully despite being women, first time home buyers and having a lot of questions. Pricing was fully disclosed up front and did not change from our first call to the finished product. Access to the Home Binder portal is a great added benefit.

The inspector, Cody, was very thorough and walked us through everything noted, with practical suggestions for ongoing maintenance or remediation. We were impressed with how quickly we received the results compared to home inspections we've had in the past!
