Bobby has demonstrated the ability to produce quality work; however, I have experienced significant project management issues during two pool installations. Bobby’s requirements weren’t met with the first pool, but the problem was resolved when Bobby offered a $2,000 credit. Approximately three years later, I engaged Bobby to build a second pool at our retirement home in Lake Havasu City. This pool cost $50,000 more than the first and was also built short of Bobby’s updated 40' x 20' x 20' dimensions provided, resulting in noncompliance with ROC allowable tolerances. Throughout the second project, we encountered over ten issues. I work in real estate, and I know how often contractors get tied up with failed inspections. Not here. Brandon’s plans were engineered and labeled clearly. Bobby scheduled inspections properly and we passed every phase on the first try dig, steel, plumbing, and final. These guys do it right.
