We met Logan at the home show, and even though we had zero plans to buy anything, he drew us in with his friendly personality and the time he spent showing us products and before‑and‑after photos. A few days later he came to our home, shared great design ideas, and offered a fair price, so we booked the installation. On installation day, I received a text confirming their arrival time, and the crew showed up right on schedule.
