Excellent response to my initial inquiry, very fair price, and put in some serious elbow grease to be able to get the carpet looking so much better (sticky duct tape residue that was very difficult to remove! But now looks nearly new!). Responsiveness, clear about cost, and followed through. Would do business with again.

Had a great experience with AEA Carpet Cleaning. Communication was great, showed up right on time, and got everything done quickly. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work. My carpet looks like new again. I had some pretty dark stains that I honestly thought were permanent, and he got them out. Definitely recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned.

Our new home’s carpet had horrible stains and odor from a heavy indoor smoker and two indoor dogs who had more than a few accidents on the carpet. We were honestly embarrassed and thought we’d need to replace the carpet and tile entirely. But these cleaners performed an absolute miracle! They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and walked us through their entire process before starting. They used specialized treatments to tackle the deep odors from both smoke and pet urine. I had my carpets deep cleaned today and the service was excellent. He was very detailed, vacuumed first, and made sure everything was properly prepped before cleaning. My carpets look great and smell fresh! He cleaned my living room, hallway, and two rooms. Very professional and courteous — highly recommend
