I have used Yianni (one of the the Owners) and the Aegean crew for my business 8 times in the last 24 months and they are the best I have ever worked with. They are kind and curious and professional and put the customer first at all times. Hard to find a company like that these days. Yianni is invoiced in every single contact every step of the way. He does great working with insurance claims as well and can help you through all the processes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We had a plumbing leak in the upstairs bathroom above the kitchen. Water was dripping onto to kitchen floor. Called Nathan of Plumbing 101 SoCal. They arrived within the hour. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They repaired the leak quickly. There was water damage to the ceiling, which they partially removed to repair the leak. Nathan put us in touch with Aegean Water Restoration. An amazing company. They called immediately and set an appointment for the next day for an estimate. Luke , also a very personable, knowledgeable, professional arrived and did a thorough assessment of the damage. Did not attempt to talk us into any unnecessary repairs. Gave us a fair estimate and started the next morning. Removed all of the wet ceiling area and set up three industrial fans

Yianni, was extremely helpful. He explained the process thoroughly and guided us every step of the way! They were very responsive when we had a question. Extremely punctual and very friendly. They came and cleaned up the water damage. I highly recommend them to do any water restoration. I appreciate the fact that he was available and responded quickly.

Pericles and Yianias have been nothing, but helpful when we had an issue occur in our kitchen. They came out, inspected the issue and came up with a prompt solution to help take care of our damaged pipes. Luckily we had insurance and they walked us through what to do and got in contact with them for us. They are very professional and would recommend them if you’re in need of a restoration company!
