The movers that came and picked up everything were super friendly, super fast and super professional and very careful. Frank, the owner kept me updated all the time and was amazing at communication. Fast forward 5 days later I met the same driver hired help here in Boston and they offloaded everything smoothly and as before very fast, professional and friendly. I really appreciate this guys. I called them on Thursday with two days. Notice to help me deliver some stuff to my new apartment. They were able to help me right away and got everything done that day I requested. Thank you so much. You guys are the best.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could I would leave this company less than 1 star. Everything started out good. They showed up when they were supposed to and delivered half of our stuff on time. We had to pay in full before first delivery but was told second delivery was only a few days out. 5 1/2 months later and we are still waiting on the rest of our stuff. I've left multiple messages and text for months now and no response from Frank. It wouldn't be as bad if their was communication but no response is unprofessional. The employees were very professional in their job but management is horrible. It has been 3 months since I left this review and I have still not had any contact from Frank. We selected Aegis from uship.com. Planned several weeks in advance, and the communication has been solid throughout the entire move. After Carlos his absolute best at putting our things in the truck with zero room to spare, we realized we needed another truck. There were some minor hiccups with that first load, but Frank was able to resolve the issues rather quickly. Michael loaded that second truck up wonderfully and worked extremely hard. We really liked him. Today, the second load just arrived and Ronnie Along with his hired helpers did a fantastic job unloading.

We had a wonderful experience with Aegis Moving from the initial quote through to delivery. Our move involved moving furniture and boxes from 2 locations in FL to a multi-story house in NC. Frank took the time to understand our needs and was willing to add a 2nd pick up location without additional cost unlike most of the other companies we spoke with. We packed the boxes and Frank and his crew did an excellent job wrapping our furniture including a glass china cabinet. Shane and Chase were fantastic at delivery. Shane made sure that every box was delivered to the correct location including the attic for some seasonal decorations.
