Great work, everyone from Dustin, Aaron and the work crew did a fantastic job. They worked through the spouts of rain and shine to get the job done in two days. Communication was great and they treated us like the only customers they had.Their attention to detail was flawless. I would highly recommend AE&I construction for your needs. They worked with our solar company to remove and reinstall our solar panels with ease. Can't wait for the next project as they truly left a lasting impression. Thank you AE&I for the quick work and great communication. Job well done!!

Aaron and the team did an amazing job with our Kitchen remodel. Our project required full removal of everything in our kitchen and a full rebuild with a whole new layout. We are thrilled with the results and the team did a great job. They had to manage a bunch of tasks to get everything done, but they set a schedule and mostly kept to it (even when unexpected issues came up). We have shared their contact info with several friends and they would definitely get a recommendation from us.

We hired AE&I to re-side and insulate the south side of our 1961 house. I was really sold on the companies commitment to do the right thing in tough situations. From the beginning and they had some great suggestions on the siding that made the wall look even better than I was thinking. They offered great financing options. There was some minor contract and communication issues, but they did the right thing and corrected them right away and more than made it up to us on the tail end. Thanks for a job done right!

Pretty shoddy work. TPO roof over living space that also serves as a large deck overseeing the Columbia River. Left large amount of construction debris hidden under stairs and in gutters for me to find later including metal flashing and wood with rusty nails sticking out for my toddler to get stuck with. Multiple areas where water pools and stays on the deck, does not drain off at all. Very short strips of TPO with seams that are raised and catch on everything and probably will leak very soon. On the plus side, it was relatively cheap and I said I didn’t really care what it looked like as long as it lasted. I just don’t think it will.

My experience has been absolutely something to give 5 stars for. Starting with Josh Dillinger who came to give me my estimate. He was willing to work with me and my budget project, and I really feel he did it out of the goodness of his heart for not only me, but this whole community. Building it stronger one person at a time helping it recover from the recent hardships we've all faced over the past few years. And then there is... Saul Lopez my project manager. He was so amazing and professional, his whole crew worked so hard and left my house looking 10 times better than it did. Very hard working and dedicated to give nothing but the best job he could possibly do for me. Highly recommended, really Great Job Saul! I will be calling them again for all my siding and roofing needs. Thank you
