A neighbor told me about Aero. I gave them a call and someone contacted me back within the same day. I worked with Bob who came out and sent me an estimate. I told him I would get back to him because I had a couple companies giving me estimates. He was very patient and told me to just let him know if I wanted to continue with Aero. I contacted Bob about a week and a half later telling him I was ready to proceed with their company. He swung by and gave me a booklet with different colors. I contacted Bob Long of Aero Residential about a month ago to do some gutter guards and paint a bay window extension roof for me. He had done work for me prior, so he was my first call. We previously used Aero (under its former name) for a roof replacement more than 15 years ago, and due to recent storm damage, we needed to replace our roof again. After getting several estimates from different contractors, we chose Aero once more—not only because of their reasonable pricing but also because of our positive past experience with the company. The Project Manager, Robert Long, was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He kept us updated with the work plans and schedule.
