Hired this company to cut a small 8x12 hole in a concrete foundation wall for me. The guy came and did a great job. Only took a little over an hour. However I never received my estimate I asked for prior to this. I was never told the minimum charge was $700. The morning of I got a call and the guy thought he was coming to my place for a completely different job. I called after the bill was sent and asked for a rundown of how they charged $700 figuring at least this would be the least they could do without the estimate. That’s where I was told the minimum charge fee. It’s my fault I let the job happen in the first place without my estimate, but if there’s a minimum charge maybe you should at least say that! That’s really screwed up. Definitely don’t recommend these guys unless you’re expe

They cut through our foundation wall and installed an egress window in one day. When they came back the next morning to seal everything up, I noted a couple of things that they were willing to correct right away. We also noted a flaw in the window. They came back that same day with a new window and got it installed. I only wish they had provided some options at the time of sale for different window brand and styles (or inset window instead of nail flange at the exterior). Still, they did a great job and went out of their way to make this customer happy.

They did a great job! We truly appreciated their hard work and considerate communication. They installed the egress window in 2 days and did great job clearing out the extra dirt and debris.

Keith did a great job cutting the concrete for our new basement bathroom. He went the extra mile in cutting up the sections and getting the first block removed. He was very conscious of making sure we were keeping everything clean.

Mark was very nice to talk with and Brayton & Ethan did fantastic work. Everyone was quick and efficient. Highly recommend aerosaw.
