Aeroseal Windows & Storefront

I am a property manager in Arlington, VA. I work for Gates Hudson. We hired Aeroseal to install new windows and storefronts on a ten story high rise. The cool thing was that they did all the work from the inside. Their onsite management was perfect and the project finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Not only that, but customer followup has been great. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them for hi rise projects. It was a month's long project, and they made it easy.

I am a property Manager at Autumn Woods Apartments in Jessup, Maryland. We recently renovated all Windows and sliding glass doors. This project was huge given that we are a 200 unit property. Tim Dugan was the lead on the contract and he was awesome in so many ways! Most of our units were occupied so you can only imagine what the scheduling process could have been like. It could have been a total nightmare but with the oversight and flexibility Tim offered the entire project went exceptionally smooth! All 200 units were completed in under 7 weeks, finishing the project in record time! Thanks to Tim Dugan and Aerosol Windows for making my life that much easier. The property looks amazing and all our residents (including me) are very very pleased!!

Massachusetts branch entered our apartment a week before they were scheduled to install windows and granted permission by me and the property. In addition to essentially breaking and entering, they moved all of our furniture, including damaging our brand new dresser and stressed out animals that luckily didn’t escape in the process. They clearly have no regard for privacy or personal property and are lucky that our property owner assumed blame. Definitely shouldn’t hire them! In response to below comment from the owner, the property owner took partial responsibility, but the installers still blatantly ignored the fact that none of my furniture was not supposed to be touched and should have been tipped off they weren’t allowed inside... instead proceeded to move everything and damage prope

Take them 5 months to build an vestibule in our office, bad quality of service, damaged our front entrance concrete and their employee even break into our building on a Saturday without permission. Our interior door and exterior door had been installed reversely by them. We will not ever use this company again, and will not recommend this contractor to you if you want quality service and your project to be finished on time. This is the worst experience we ever had with contractors!

I requested a quote for 2 weeks. After calling every day I was finally able to get through to sales & was told that contrary to their website "Serving clients nationwide" , they do not. Don't bother if your in FL. The operator was very helpful/nice, they are the reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise 0/5.
