We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and project management of the Aerotek team. When we requested a mold inspection, the visit was quick and efficient, and samples were collected from every room of the house, plus specific areas where we had questions. They also tested for moisture. The remediation itself, which was in the basement crawlspace, was a well-coordinated operation. It felt like we had a project manager from the beginning; they came in and laid out expectations for what they would do and how they would do it. We assumed that they would have to carry the garbage up the stairs and out the back door, but they determined that the more efficient/cleaner method would be to transport it through the basement window. Their priority seemed to be keeping our home clean

From start to finish, Aerotek has provided us with top notch professional service as we have navigated the mold issue at a house we just purchased. Brandon Schmidt, who did our initial pre-sale inspection, was clear and informative; he even took a look at photos of our crawl space after the contractor hired by our sellers "cleaned" the mold. During a general Inspection of a property we are interested in buying, it became clear that we needed a mold inspection of the attic and crawl space. I had a list of companies to call, but I stopped after my first call, with Brandon Schmidt of Aerotek. He was clear, informative, and personable. He provided great service throughout—texted and/or called before and after the inspection, delivered detailed reports on time, and made sure we understood what we would need to do to prevent mold from appearing again after remediation. We found mold in our basement, had a mold inspector come out and then had three different companies come out for a consultation for remediation. Aerotek was the clear choice. Ray was very patient answering the millions of questions I fired at him. He was responsive, understanding, and willingly answered my questions and explained everything in detail.
