AES Septic

After going through five different septic companies, I finally found AES—and I'm so glad I did. Their technicians are incredibly professional and communicative. They always text the night before to let you know you’re on the schedule, so there are no surprises. The tech, Stephen, texted me when he was on his way and called afterward just to let me know he closed the garage door for me—small gesture, huge impact. What really sets AES apart is how streamlined and thoughtful their process is. Instead of leaving a paper report on your door, they email a full inspection report the next business day. It’s professional, fast, and convenient. Their pricing is lower than most, but the level of service far exceeds what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend!

When my wife and I built our home two years ago, we installed a septic system based on the manufacturer of the system Pro-Flo. The initial installer did a less than quality job with the initial installation. After their two year maintenance contract ran out, we elected to try AES Septic. We chose them because they were located close to our home in Magnolia and they were a Pro-Flo installer also. The first thing they did was to make a job-site visit to determine the status of our equipment. As expected they found several things that were not up to manufacturers standard practices and they fixed those while there. For example, the air compressor was a little loud. I just had Justin come out and do some maintenance. He’s extremely knowledgeable and Very easy to talk to. I don’t feel like I’m speaking to a salesman at all. I feel like I’m speaking to someone that’s honestly trying to do good work for me and he did do good work for me. This guy needs a raise no matter what he’s being paid!! AES all the way!
