I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of workmanship from Matthew. He did quite a bit of electrical work for me, diligently working through items on a home inspection report. Overall pleasant experience with A&F. The invoice I received for the work performed was fair and reasonable.

Needed to replace 23-year-old residential security lights fixture after strong winds broke it. Contacted Vickie & she got us scheduled right away. Eddie arrived on time to the service appointment and quickly replaced two outdoor security fixtures in less than 45 minutes. Their bill for the labor (we provided all the new fixtures and bulbs) was very fair and reasonable and Vickie worked with us so we could pay them online without any additional fees. Great job, would definitely use A&F Electric again.

Great people, good work. Installed a 50A 240V outlet and a 20A 120V outlet. They were knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I‘d appreciate not paying a 25$ convenience fee for bank transfers that wasn’t quoted initially, that’s usually a credit card thing.

I'm sure the work done by the techs at A&F is fine, however my experience with their office manager is very poor. I called the company to have them come out and fix an electrified pipe. They came and touched the pipe and confirmed it was electrified. They didn't do any work beyond touching the pipe and said they would call to schedule an appointment to go into my attic some other time. I went ahead and went with another company to have the issue fixed, but to my surprise still was sent an invoice from A&F for the "work". There was no work done so I assumed this must have been a mistake. However, an aggressive call from the office manager where she insisted that they got tools out and that they did work enough to validate the $70+ service fee left me confused and annoyed. I cannot recommend this company enough. Our entire power grid to our property failed in the middle of the night going into a weekend. We called first thing on a Saturday morning thinking we wouldn’t get a response for days. They responded within an hour, worked connections to secure parts on a weekend, completed all the repairs and had our house up and running in less than a day. Their customer service is superb and pricing was fair and responsible. Make them your FIRST and ONLY call!!!!
