AF Supply - Hardware Bath & Spa

Hardware Bath & Spa in Fairfield was the absolute worst with finishes on this project. Ordered Products on September 27, never received updates on delivery unless I followed up with Sherin. Today my credit card was charged without my authorization (no phone call, no email) for items ordered on September 27 that were still outstanding in late November. Luckily, I was able to procure outstanding items from Home Depot so I could complete the project. And response Good for you. Good luck in Home depot! Good night!

The total period of my order (3 faucets and one vanity with sink) took me more than 3 months, including the replacement. I never felt I was under served and may be singled out from the sales people. (Is it because my order was too small?) I had almost zero phone call since the initial purchase. My sales rep claimed she is always with customers, but she picks up a phone call from the other branch right away. I was at the other branch when the person called her. (I ended up finalized my order at AF supply in Harrison, NJ) And If you visit this store, it is hard to believe. My last email to salesperson was about the uncomfortable experience from this office, which repeatedly expressed through many emails. And her final response was wish me luck and sweet feedback. Here it is.

Seems things are changing and worth a visit the new stuff they have is amazing and not Available anywhere else ! This place is huge and full of deals.

I have really had the most awful experience with this company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Not only did they take more than a month to get my plumbing fixtures but then didn't send me everything I ordered and expected me to wait another 10 days to get one if the parts I ordered because their warehouse gave it to another customer who made an order just a week before the parts came in. I literally sat in their showroom for 3 hours making them obtain the part they should have sent me originally. Of course this held up completion of my bathroom for 2 more weeks. When I finally got all the parts he couldn't finish the bathroom because they sent me the wrong diverter valve- which the salesman ordered the more expensive valve that I could not use. I have been to AF hardware about five times these past three months to purchase items for both my kitchen renovation and my bathroom renovation. I’ve worked with Essie Ramos each time. Essie is a total professional and she’s also fun to work with. She absolutely knows how to do her job and how to make her customer happy. It’s been a great pleasure to work with Essie. Also, the showroom is excellent and I’m sure everyone else who works at AF hardware is excellent.
