Delivery area is tight, but thats NYC. Great people here. Extremely helpful. Treat people the way you want to be treated and all will be good.
I had a 9 am.appointment and I was there at 7h30 and but I didn’t get a dock until 10 am. They were unloading and loading other box trucks while I waited. There was no restroom available, and the parking area was very tight. They didn’t finish unloading me until 3 pm
Tight small dock but took me a day early decent unload time they did say by appointment though just weren’t as busy today
Quick unloading, super tight
