Mark is very responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and an all around nice guy. He arrived as scheduled and had our washer repaired quickly. A few months ago he was able to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher over the phone and we determined it was more cost effective to replace it. Honest evaluation, no charge. Thanks, Mark!

What great, friendly and professional service! We called Monday morning because our washer died on Saturday. Mark returned my call promptly and said he would be able to stop by later that afternoon to check it out. Much to my delight, he called earlier than expected. Within an hour of his arrival, he discovered I had a broken wire and he was able to fix it and had my washer up and going. The cost of the repair was very reasonable also!! Needless to say, this is one business card we will hold on to!! Thank you so much Mark for such great service!!

We called Mark this morning and he was there within an hour to fix our fridge! He had the part he needed on hand to fix it, he charged much less than he quoted over the phone and he was super nice! We had originally contacted some of the larger companies that came up first in our search results and they quoted us much more and were not able to come for one to two days. We will always call Mark first now for our future appliance repairs! Thank you so so much!!
