Just sharing my review as a neighbor to a construction site handled by Affinity. Last Friday their electrical contractor come on my property without asking and started digging a trench. When confronted, they claimed they were from FPL and they were installing a box in the easement. After checking the survey, I didn't see any easement. There were no FPL markings on their truck or shirt. I told them that the easement was at different location. They ignored me and finished digging. The building department of the city confirmed there was no utility easement. Before you hire this company make sure that their contractors, Project Managers are respectful of the neighbors.

They built our dream home and the end result was better than expected. They are extremely professional, responsive and committed to addressing punch list and warranty items. I would recommend them without reservations.
