Aluminum is delaminating on my $15,000 patio enclosure, which is four years old Owner gave me paint and told me to sand it and paint it myself. I called Heather after her reply. She said the delamination was due to my property being near a brackish creek. As I understand Heather, you should expect aluminum to delaminate if installed near salt or brackish water. Heather also shared with me that Affordable Aluminum sends the aluminum to a professional outside contractor for powder coating. As I understand Heather, I should contact the outside contractor about this issue.

Affordable Aluminum did a total of 7 very long carports in my neighborhood that had been damaged from the storms. From beginning to end they were very professional, well dressed and well supervised. The trucks they used were very clean and they appeared very organized. They constantly ran magnets to make sure there were no screws and left everything very clean daily. They made sure that all the residents were safe during construction by using caution tape diligently. Scott was very knowledgeable, and his crews reflected a well managed company. Highly recommend

BEWARE!!! This company gets your money, then RUNS and refuses to fix their mess. And they claim to have "family values", Ha. UPDATED TO ADDRESS THEIR RESPONSE BELOW: The Court told us to go through the City Inspector and we would reconvene in one month if still not resolved. The City Inspector, Mr. Jim Reeves, came out and FORCED THEM to take the whole thing down and rebuild it. So, no... NO ONE RULED IN THEIR FAVOR. If anything, THE CITY INSPECTOR RULED IN OUR FAVOR AND FORCED THEM TO FIX THEIR DISASTER (THANK YOU JIM REEVES).
