Affordable Appliance Repair

**This is the FIRST review I have ever written based on poor service.** An appointment was scheduled for Tuesday morning on Sunday evening with "Roger" to repair my washer. I scheduled my day around this (also a small business owner, no work, no pay). On Tuesday morning "Roger" calls my home and leaves a message. I return the call twenty minutes later and Roger states that "I called him back too late" and his "day is full now because refrigerators take priority over washers." I stated I understand you have to run a business but calling the customer and stating in so many words it's my fault for "not calling back Tuesday morning quick enough" and the fact that we scheduled the repair on Sunday for this morning is a huge red flag to me.
