First I was impressed by the number of 5 star reviews, so I decided to give them a chance and I’m glad I did. Joe was very knowledgeable about my brand of dryer and he informed me every step of the repairing and cleaning process. He showed me lint accumulation that was severely scorched (could have caused a fire). By the time he finished the insides looked brand new. I just wanted my dryer fixed (did not heat) but I also got piece of mind.

I cannot explain how happy I am with Joe and the service he offered. I left a message and he called back asap. He called me at 10:20, was pulling in my driveway at 10:40 and had my refrigerator repaired and was on his way by 11:15! Yes, he had the kit he needed on his truck. He is very professional and polite and explains what he is doing along the way. I will not hesitate calling in the future. Thanks Joe!!!

What a nice man Joe is. Personable and professional. He was the third company I called. He was prompt and knew exactly what my problem was with my dryer. Did the repair and then vacuumed out the entire dryer of settled lint because he said that's how fires started. Advised me to always check the outside vent to help avoid the backup. Got his magnetic card for my refrigerator and he will be my only call from now on. I've already gave my daughter his number for any of her needed repairs going forward.

Based on all the 5 star reviews, I called up Affordable Appliance Service to repair an older Whirlpool dryer and I am so happy that I did! Joe called me right back within minutes and was able to offer an initial quick diagnosis of the issue over the phone. He was able to come look at my dryer the very next morning. Joe is such a nice guy! He is friendly, professional, and he explained exactly what was needed while showing me the failing parts. He had the new parts already with him and repaired the dryer quickly. Joe had it running like brand new! His pricing was very reasonable as well. I 100% recommend Affordable Appliance Service.
