Affordable Carpet Care

We have used Austin twice now and are very satisfied with the results. He is very customer centered. He texts to let you know he is on his way and he is prompt. His price is very fair and his work is good. We had an older dog who had a lot of accidents in her last days. He gave us a fair price upfront and did an excellent job treating those areas especially.

I've used Austin to clean my carpets for a decade. Excellent work, reasonably priced, and my carpets are beautiful when he's done. He can also steam-clean upholstered furniture and apply scotch guard, which is a great added benefit in my two-cat household.

Austin came out today to clean my carpets and I am in awe of how clean he got them. This man is not only skilled but honest, knowledgeable and so personable. Thank you for all the tips you gave us and for being so detailed.

Mr. Austin came to my home 3 hours late without a phone call. I believe he had alcohol on his breath. He was rude and belligerent and didn't know his ass from his elbow. The water he used to clean my carpet was dirty and smelled like urine. I would not recommend Affordable Carpet Care.

We've used Austin for 8-10 years (rental houses and my personal home) and ALWAYS been happy. He's very upfront, no nonsense, and always very professional. He's also more economical than other options, having had tenants use other cleaners on houses that he's cleaned previously (they paid quite a bit more). He also provides some good insight into what's going on with the carpet (this is likely XYZ kind of stain; that is not likely to come up, although I'll pre-treat it; that type of dirt is from someone not getting all the soap out when shampooing the carpet, etc.) which is always educational.
