I was totally satisfied with the outstanding planning and installation of 3 bedrooms of carpet and 900 sq ft of LVP from Affordable Carpet and Wood. They had a great selection and did not pressure one product over another. The installation team for the carpeting were experienced and did a fantastic job of re-carpeting 3 bedrooms in 1 day. The LVP installation was performed by George, who was basically a one man wrecking crew. He removed tile and carpet in one day, prepped the slab flawlessly the next morning and started installation in the afternoon. By the end of the third day, everything was complete. Excellent service. We told Jeff what we were looking for and a perfect color of laminate was selected for us. The old carpet and pad was removed so fast! The concrete needed leveling which they took care of and our new floors were installed by Jason and Alan and it looks absolutely gorgeous. The turn around time of getting the materials to the install was very convenient for me and my husband. They cleaned up everything and respected my time and property. We can't wait to do the rest of the house in a few months!

Jeff was wonderful to work with, patient and understood choosing just the right flooring was important. I never felt pressured and it was obvious he wanted me to be happy with my choice. He's extremely communicative, which is so appreciated. The crew that did the work was just as wonderful, thorough and communicative.
