Worked with Bob through my home warranty to get a bunch of switches and dimmers fixed as this is our first year in this older home. He was fantastic to work with, super friendly and helpful and completed everything needed. He even worked with the home warranty to make sure something specific was covered for me. I'm not sure about these other reviews which are from years ago but I had a fantastic experience and will be using Bob and Affordable Code Electric again when needed!

Used this company through my home warranty and I couldn't have been more pleased. Bob was on time, professional, fixed two outlets in one room and replaced a broken ceiling fan with a beautiful new one within a day. Will definitely use this company again for any future electrical needs.

I filed a claim with my home warranty company about a broken attic fan. They directed my claim to Affordable Code Electric. I scheduled the appointment with them for a two hour window. No electrician showed up during that window, and no call. Showed up 30 minutes past the window time frame. The electrician was in my house less than 5 minutes total. All he did was get the model number and said “the warranty company will have to replace it, I will work with them.” Never attempted to even diagnose or repair the problem. Paid my deductible (which I shouldn’t have). A week goes by and I have to call twice just trying to get an update without receiving any update. Then my home warranty company calls and tells me my claim is denied. So now I am out $100, and still have a broken attic fan. This co

Affordable Code Electric’s Bob came out on short notice and corrected a problem with circuit breakers and a GFCI. We discussed upgrades to the wiring in the basement, too. Bob will work up a proposal for the desired work, I look forward to working with him again!

They installed a new breaker box and reworked our 100+ yr old home. Great group of electricians! They did excellent work.
