We were waiting on them to tell us a start date, per our email exchange. One morning a roofer just showed up. We didn't get a chance to move vehicles or protect the items in the room underneath the repair area. When I contacted the owner, Joe, about this on the way to work--what a hectic morning this caused--he didn't apologize. He took absolutely zero accountability. - The owner, Joe, is very arrogant and dismissive.
