Affordable Garage Door Service and Repair

I (Bill) am age 73, an Army Veteran, and was raised to do things RIGHT, no excuses. My mother & hero always said "do it RIGHT the first time or don't do it at all". Why, you wonder, did I write that? Having a service performed RIGHT when we pay for it is exactly what I expect from the service provider, no excuses. Joe & Blake (father & son) repaired our garage door cables + replaced the motor, which had worked for 15 years, and they did it RIGHT the first time. While at our home this father & son team worked together on our garage door problem like a well oiled machine. I, Bill, know because I watched the entire process, which is something I do when any stranger/s is/are in our home performing what it is he/she does. I spoke to the guy who owns this company about installing garage doors on a home I'm building. The first thing he said was, "I'm more expensive than everybody else." My response was, "you're trying to talk yourself out of a job before I ask any questions?" This guy has poor customer service skills or poor people skills. I wouldn't refer him to nobody.

Joe was fast and efficient! Super nice guy with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I actually walked up to talk to him while he was looking at my neighbors garage door. He came right over and gave me a quote on the spot! Programmed a garage door opener for me that day and came back to finish the work on a SATURDAY! He was really nice to the whole family, my kids would pop out to bug him occasionally.... Even programmed my husbands old garage door opener so we didn't have to buy another!! We HIGHLY recommend this local man for all your garage door needs!!

I called 8am that morning. Got a call back within 30 minutes. Blake was on site 2 hours later. And 2 hours after that the job was completed. Blake was first class. Hospitable. Insightful. Educational. Fast and knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else in the future should I need work on my garage door. A+++ service !!!!
