***** BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY **** FRAUDSTERS **** TLDR: This company took a deposit on June 29 and failed to install the garage door. I had to chase him down weekly and start a fraud investigation through Capital One to get a refund on November 7. We trusted the Google Reviews, which looking at them this week, look very suspicious, all the 5 stars are new accounts. We had a free estimate done and a quote sent. We paid a deposit of $1361 with the understanding the materials would be in within 3 - 5 weeks. After about 6 weeks, we inquired and were told they would get back to us. Same thing around week 8. I called them and he said he would have someone out to fix it. After waiting 6 hours I called the company to check the status. He tells me the person is 1 hour out and will be there today. I wait another 1.5 hours and call him again to check the status, this time he blocked my number since the phone goes straight to voicemail. I know he blocked me because I called him on a different phone and he answered. The repair person also damaged my rails by using pliers to bend it back to get the rollers on and now the tracks are misaligned.
