As a REALTOR I interact with various contractors all the time and Affordable Gutters is getting this 5-star review for multiple reasons: (1) Best pricing out of 3 quotes I received, (2) Best response/arrival time, (3) Best Customer Service. (1) Pricing - I have a simple A-frame house so I didn't need that many gutters (luckily) and their estimate came in anywhere from $50-$150 cheaper than the other estimates I received. (2) Response/Arrival Time - They answered they phone when I called late at night (8:30pm) when I thought I was just going to leave a simple message and get a call back in the morning (which I really didn't have a lot of faith in because I find that NC contractors in various fields rarely return voicemails and actually show up when they say they are going to). This company was recommended by my builder. But over the course of 2 weeks and 3 different no shows, no call to cancel, no call to reschedule. I'm having a hard time believing any of the 5 star ratings. I had to call them after each no show and ask what happened. Seem to be very inconsiderate of other peoples time and a care less attitude about providing their services. Update, the installers showed up unannounced to do the install. Afterwards I will say that I'm very pleased with how the install went. Definitely the best price around the area.
