Fast appointment, but that was the only highlight. Came out "diagnosed" my issue as a coolant leak, however they did not do an actual leak test, so I suppose it's process of elimination? I accepted that maybe my unit was old an it may be time for a new one, however my heat isn't working now either, I'm no expert ( although I'm very handy with repairs) but that's why I called the "Experts". I suspect It was a bad diagnosis, but I paid the fee for diagnosis and got nothing in return but an educated guess? Thanks for nothing.**** Update**** After reviewing response from company, we were never given a written quote and after "91" days a follow up either.

He was very generous with his time in helping me troubleshoot our pool heater and even followed up to make sure that everything was in good working order. I would not hesitate at all to utilize this company to service our pool heater. Mike truly cares and it shows!

So glad I called these guys! TL;DR version: go with these guys first, they were super nice and fixed my problem for a quarter of the price. When my AC went out, I initially called one of the "big" outfits in town to diagnose my problem. "Big" outfit charged $149 for the service call, told me I had a refrigerant leak, quoted me $1,500 to fix it, and squashed my stargazer lily in the process. I called other "big" outfits nearby, who said they they could give a quote, but they would have to do their own service call (more money down the drain). When I called Mike, he was very helpful and friendly right off the bat. He told me several things that could be causing the leak, did not require an extraneous "service call", and got one of his technicians out about a week later to fix the problem.
