Wow — this was an impressively great experience. The owner, Harold, came out quickly and gave us low key, very knowledgeable quotes for both fixing or replacing our 20 year old furnace. Both were substantially less than we’d received from a larger company for the same or higher grade equipment and there was no hard sell at all. We decided to replace ours with a 2 stage American Standard model. Eric and his team were on time, friendly, thorough and very careful. They fixed a couple of small things just as a bonus and were finished and cleaned up by mid afternoon. This is the best heating/cooling experience we’ve ever had — we highly recommend Affordable Heating & Cooling.

I have been using this HVAC company for over 20 years and they have been maintaining and servicing the same old furnace this entire time. The owners (father and now his son) were/are obviously good honest hardworking people who have attracted the same for their staff. It doesn’t matter who shows up, they are all consistently super professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to get the job done in the most efficient, cost effective way. I never thought I would have fond feelings about a HVAC company, but I totally do!

We have used Affordable Heating & Cooling for years as have others in the family. They are always polite, honest and just a joy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Their maintenance plan is great. A low monthly fee and they call you to schedule maintenance check ups so there are no surprises.

Tony is an expert in heating and cooling systems, and we were happy he came to service our furnace. We really appreciated his expertise working on our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Affordable Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing a Carrier air-conditioning and heating system in my home. There are many reasons I went with Affordable, but I would say that the most important reason I went with them is I trust them completely! That’s a big deal today. Putting in a system like this is a major investment in my home and not done without a lot of consideration and care! But I can guarantee you I’m sleeping a lot easier right now than I was two weeks ago. After the installation on Friday, Eric came out today and fine tuned my system so that it runs perfectly. It’s nice to have a cool home and know this winter I will have a warm quiet heating system! And their #Warranty is phenomenal!! Thank you to the Team at Affordable and thank you, Harold Bunting!
