Made 2 appointments with them and they cancelled both times. The second time they even let us wake up early on a Sunday morning and prepare for them coming over and then at the exact time of the appointment they called and cancelled again. Waste of our time, a day off and effort. I don't understand the issue I guess they don't want our money. I'd love to find a good shutter company in Okeechobee. One who is reliable. Just don't bother with this joke of a company.
