Most other services have incredibly long wait times or are over priced. Cody at Affordable Maintenance & Repair has done several jobs across our properties including some custom work that would be difficult or costly for other services. First off, Cody is one of our American veterans having served in the Marine Corps infantry unit. Thank you, Cody, for your service! Secondly, he continues the Corps work ethic in his own business and is always professional and courteous. I have used him several times in both personal and professional projects. He is thorough and explains why & how he’s getting the project done. He has reconstructed decks for me in a professional capacity. He installed a railing on the exterior front steps of my home and diagnosed and replaced an electric switch for my house fan. I would definitely recommend Cody for any project, big or small.

Cody is one of the easiest people I’ve ever worked with. He’s always quick to answer the phone and get the job done in an unremarkable amount of time. He’s helped me in a multitude of ways. From column repairs, dry wall restoration, to something as small as staining steps (3 times), Cody will always be my go to. My homeowners are happy with him, what more could you ask for?

The crazy windstorm and thunderstorms has peeled the metal siding of our roof and I needed to get it fixed on the same-day before it rained again. Called Cody and discussed my issue and he was very nice and very quick to respond despite it being in the late afternoon. I'm glad that he was able to fix our problem and was accountable for his work. I would definitely use and recommend his services again!

Cody did a amazing job. My house was broke into, they busted my door, wouldn't lock nothing. I called everyone around. I was getting nothing, I saw Cody on google. I really thought he would tell me sorry I am booked out, or sorry to far of a drive I was wrong. Cody was right there the next day. Cody did me right, he was upfront about pricing, no hidden fees.
