Pat at Affordable Plumber, LLC is fantastic! We were looking for a whole‑house water filtration system because of all the chlorine in our water. Pat came out the same day I contacted him, gave us a clear quote, and had everything installed in less than a week. I had a ton of questions about softening our water without using salt or spending a fortune, and he took the time to look into options and find the perfect solution for us. His professionalism, honesty, and follow‑through are unheard of these days. We’ll absolutely call him again for any plumbing needs—we’re actually trying to think of more projects we can hire him for! I highly recommend Affordable Plumber. At first, I had larger plumbing companies come in and assess my plumbing system. I felt as if their only motives were sales, meeting quotas/budgets, etc. Then I found Affordable Plumber online, read the reviews and immediately called Pat. He had me text a few photos of what was going on, immediately diagnosed the issue, quoted a flat rate (which included the cost of the new disposal). Told me he could fit me in same day. Throughout the day, Pat kept me updated on his expected time of arrival. Once he arrived, immediately saw that some of the plumbing setup was poor, fixed that as part of his bid, outlined another best practice idea, quoted me the cost and let me decide if I also wanted to include the work. Pat and his team installed an RO filter under my sink and fixed some diy plumbing from the previous owners. They were easy to work with and did a great job. They didn’t try to upsell me and I feel comfortable calling Pat if I have any questions or something goes wrong. For someone who isn’t a diy guy, and doesn’t know that much about plumbing, they were a great choice and I’ll call them if I need additional plumbing work. Additionally they were respectful and I felt comfortable with them in my house.
