Affordable Plumbing

Our garbage disposal quit and we went through our home warranty company. Affirdable plumbing came out right away and replaced the garbage disposal. They were very professional and friendly.

If I can give less stars, I would. The owner of this company I gave a bad review to for poor workmanship. He was then reassigned to me at another location and refused service, but lied saying I couldn’t be reached to American home shield warranty company leaving me with a leaky house for two weeks. He never canceled the request. I just left the service request open I finally.reached out to complain and I was told that he stated that he never was able to contact me and they closed the service request. Thousands of dollars in damage now and it’s not covered.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This business deserves a negative number in the star rating to warn potential customers. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received- very dishonest business practices. This guy has NO CLUE what he is doing. If American Home Shield assigns them to your job ask for another company. AHS had to send another (very reputable) company to fix the mistakes that he made and address issues that he refused to. We are reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on them!!!

American Home Shield sent this company out to fix my sewer clog. The owner, Rodney West, came out to fix my problem. He was on time so I’ll give him that credit. He only had his snake on the truck; however, he didn’t have an extension cord to plug it in so I loaned him mine. He didn’t have a camera to see what was going on or even know where the clog was; nor did he have the cutter tool to cut thru whatever was causing the problem. His words….Because he had been in this business for so long, he could hear the sound his snake was making under the grass and dirt and determined that roots were in the pipe. He said he’d have to call someone who had the tools to fix my problem and would let me know. I waited patiently in my house for him to walk up to the door and let me know. To my astonishmen

I used them through Choice Warranty. They found the problems, a crack in the water heater which was replaced. Then there was a gas valve leak they didn't report to Choice, therefore Choice wanted nothing to do with it. The owner of affordable plumbing said to me that he would fix it and that he needed a part he had to order, which wasn't correct. I tried getting in touch with him several times, since about 2 weeks flew by. He would not answer any phone calls or text you to let you know what was pending. I finally gave up on him. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON.THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
