John is friendly, and he and his crew are efficient. When the job is finished, my windows are sparkling and my siding looks like new. They have performed all three services at my homes. You are given a price for the job prior to agreeing to have them perform the service with a detailed explanation of how the cost of the job was derived. They are clean and respectful of our home. They always offer to remove their shoes/boots. They clean up after completing jobs. Affordable and professional has power washed my home and cleaned my windows for atleast ten years every spring. His prices are reasonable and his staff is respectful of property, taking shoes off to come into house and moving of furniture. John came to my house and pressure washed my vinyl siding, my sidewalk, my paver patio, and my shed. I Watched John work. He's like a machine that never slows down and never quits. He's Amazing!
