I am a repeat customer and recommended John to my mother. I have worked construction for many years and found that John’s sub contractors are competent and knowledgeable. Some items were overlooked but resolved within a few days. The cabinets are plywood with hardwood doors and trim A+. The counters and back splash were thoughtfully done. The stone cutter matched the veins in the top with the backsplash so it appears continuous.

No response in months from john. He ordered us replacement cabinets because just after a few months They started cracking. Ordered new ones to my house which was almost a year ago. Just called again today after several emails that warranted no response. In total its almost been 3 years this june. Hoping to resolve this.

The positive reviews here are most likely just people he knows. John’s priorities are elsewhere, (his real estate business most likely) There’s a severe lack of communication skills, lack of scheduling etiquette, and a lack respect for others time here. His installers are “contracted”, and they offered to do some additional drywall work, they “forgot to cover” our brand new hardwoods with plastic and left a huge mess, then didn’t show up on time on the day we had scheduled for install. I spent half that first install day running to Home Depot and plumbing supply stores in search of a piece of ducting that doesn’t exist, and wasn’t necessary.
