Affordable Roofing & Construction LLC

We hired Jim to work on our flat roof. The job was never finished and lasted less than 6 months before it started cracking and peeling. They also for the roofing paint all over the side of the house and it now has to be repainted. We had a horrible experience and i do not recommend Affordable roofing.

This company is full of jokers. Over a year and never finished the project - just gave up and charged me for what they could do. Can never get in contact via phone with anyone over there including the owner John. They left construction trash, hammer and other misc junk my yard, left 50+ nails in our driveway. I also had to contact them after a good 6 months of not hearing from them to figure out what was going on. They did get the roof on and most of my issues were around chimney flashing/cap work that they said they could do but ultimately could not. Disappointing experience overall and I'd recommend someone else.

We will definitely use them in the future. Contacted on Wednesday and was able to send someone out the next day. The task was completed in a fair time and the results were amazing. 10/10!!

Called and scheduled an estimate for roof damages on Tuesday for a Friday estimate. This company is a no show no call 2 hours after our agreed upon meeting time.

I don't know where to start: the fact that they screwed up my roof twice and lied to me, or the fact that I can't sue them because they're no longer licensed as of this year.
