I called YUCA for my water pressure, I found the sprinkler system not put in currect. I contacted Affordable and they said it would be a quick (1) hour fix. I was never given a quote for services except by phone. A plumbler came out and gave me a different cost. I paid him the cost quoted by phone and he gave me a different cost $20 higher. I emailed the company and they sent me an invoice for the original quote. What I desired was the difference between the material vs labor. Never got this. Now, they want to "Black List" me for services unpaid. Make it so bad, my copper was not left behind. It was taken by the plumber. Last fall Affordable Sprinklers personnel came out to winterize my sprinklers. In doing so, they broke the winterization connection, resulting in the system not being able to be winterized. I made a good faith attempt to facilitate a remedy to the situation. However, no remedy occurred because Affordable Sprinkler's owner refused to repair the system to its original state the way I asked them to. As a result; Affordable Sprinklers never fixed the damage AND, adding insult to injury, the owner would only argue with me. Affordable Sprinkler's owner wrote the whole thing off.
