I would 100 percent recommend . them they were careful with my item . I have no complaints. I will for sure call them back in the future. The person I spoke with on the phone got us in the schedule and was very understanding what I needed to be done . The 2 guys that transported my item were also very understanding . I will recommend them to anyone that needs polite , understanding and nice movers . I do not recommend Affordable Texas Movers. My initial quote was $1,700, but I was ultimately charged more than double that amount. When I asked for clarification, I was told that the $1,700 covered only the “move out” portion — not both moving out and moving in — which was never explained to me beforehand. I also had them store my belongings and was later charged additional storage fees that were not disclosed in advance. In hindsight, I regret not having a written contract to outline all costs and terms. Additionally, when the movers disassembled our furniture, they did not keep the screws or hardware organized or attached to the furniture. This made reassembly at our new home frustrating and time-consuming. Many of our items were also damaged during the move. The movers seemed rushe
