I contacted this place about a washer and dryer set but couldn't make it that day. The next morning, I contacted them and asked about them, but sadly they had sold the previous night. They went the extra mile to help me find the perfect replacement at the same cost. The delivery man was exceptional and very helpful with set up and how to use the set. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for good quality affordable appliances and great customer service.

DO NOT use this business!!! I bought a lemon washer that was stuck in spin and would not spin after 1 wash! The first wash was a small load with a small bathroom rug that half of it was still dry when the wash was completed. When I called to return it the next day they picked it up. When I called for my refund I was told the washer had an issue that they fixed and sold it. I was verbally abused with the F word on two different calls and was told to take my future business elsewhere! It took 2 weeks for my refund. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. WARNING!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Buyer beware. I purchased a refrigerator for my garage on July 18, and it was delivered on July 22. It worked for about two weeks, then started failing—the ice cream melted by week three, and after a short trip away, I returned to find it not cooling at all. When I called the company, they told me the warranty had expired—by only five days—and referred me to “Tony,” an independent repairman. I declined, since I have my own trusted technician. My technician, who has 30 years of appliance repair experience, opened the unit and immediately found clear signs of prior flood damage. There was a visible water line inside the fridge, and corrosion on the copper tubing up to that line—evidence this refrigerator had sat in salt water before it was sold to me. Affordable Wholesale Appliances I’m very disappointed with this place. I bought a washer that turned out to be leaking, and I called three different times asking if I could return it and put the money toward a stove that we actually need. Each time, I was told the owner would have to call me back ~ but no one ever did. Now I’m stuck with a $240 washer that doesn’t even work, and I’ll probably have to scrap it. I’ll never do business here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. And yes this all happened in the 30day guarantee. What a junk place. Save your money pass this place up!

Avoid like the plague. This company sold appliances that broke down within 2–4 months of normal use. Their customer service was negligent, unhelpful, and made no real effort to resolve anything. Because of repeated issues, this business has been added to our Investment Property Owners Watchlist for poor-quality appliances and unacceptable service.
